consume banana stem juice and also pumpkin juice. u can reduce yr weight. for the fertility issue start taking gooseberry

Till my knowledge, there are no body fat burning foods. It can only be reduce from the body. Ways of reducing are: Stop having high fat containing foods like ghee,butter, paneer, skimmed milk, wafers,even groundnuts. Secondly reduce consumption of High Carbohydrate food item like rice, sweets, which in excess gets converted in body to FAT for storage.. lastly you can reduce your fat from body by doing Morning exercise on empty stomach for minimum of 30 min, which on depletion of body sugar, converts Fat from storage into sugar for exercise and its consumption...try out for month and look...but never try to stop following after trying because it will speedily recovers fat storage on leaving the exercise.

There are no foods that actually take fat and burn it away. The only way to lose weight is to take in less than what you burn yourself. This means if you eat something that is 500 calories, you must do exercises that burn the same amount (to maintain). You'd have to do MORE exercises to lose weight.

Maybe you should ask your doctor about the best way for you to lose the extra weight, since you're having fertility issues. He/she would probably want to make sure that you're doing it the healthiest way pos
