Try getting up nice and early while everyone is still asleep. Pop in a work out video, go to the gym, or simply go take a brisk walk or jog outside. Or when you're home with you kid at night and on the weekends do some intense play. Like games that involve running around. My niece lives with me and she's four. We play tag and I'll use her to do arm curls. There's really no excuse even with life being so busy. Also change your eating habits. We all lost track over the holidays. Try switching over to all things whole grain. Try whole grain stone ground wheat bread, oatmeal, and quinoa instead of rice. Cut out soda and juices. Snack on fruits. And always include a good source of protein in every meal whether it's roasted chicken, tuna fish, or beans.loss weight

second any activities that move are great for both your child and you . It;s up to your kids age but anything from stroller walks to rollerskating. If you kid is old enough get a couple jump ropes and teach them how to jump, Jumping rope burns a lot of calories. No mater what you do do it safe and the right way your kid needs you healthy so crash course diets aren't the way to go. One last thing you might want to see if a school or rec center program near you has mommy and me fitness classes and there really fun for all.
